In 1988, she became the lead singer of the successful rock band LINDBERG, which enjoyed popularity for fifteen years. Concurrently, she released three solo albums. The band disbanded in 2002 following her marriage to guitarist Tatsuya Hirakawa, marking a significant transition in her career.
