Sir Malcolm Thomas Pill (born 11 March 1938) is a former Lord Justice of Appeal, notable for being the longest-serving member of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales. Educated at Whitchurch Grammar School and Trinity College, Cambridge, he was called to the bar in 1962. Pill served as a Third Secretary at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, chaired the UK Committee of the Freedom from Hunger Campaign, and became a High Court judge in 1988. He was appointed a Lord Justice of Appeal in 1995 and retired on 11 March 2013.
