Manfred Hanika, born on December 20, 1940, is a former German sprinter who represented West Germany during his athletic career. He won a gold medal in the Swedish relay (1+2+3+4 laps) at the 1967 European Indoor Games held in Prague. Additionally, Hanika was the 1965 West German champion in the 4 × 400 meters relay and claimed the indoor championship in the same event in 1967. He competed for the ASC Darmstadt athletics club.
