Manfred Steinbeißer is a German volleyball coach born on April 27, 1976, in Munich. He served as a state coach in Thuringia for five years and later as head coach for the junior national team of the German Volleyball Federation. He built his expertise in his hometown of Munich and was involved with the U21 national team and Zurich Team VC Olympia Berlin until 2007. Since September 1, 2007, he has been the coach of the professional club Flamingo Volley in Vilnius, aiming for European competition qualification.
