Dr. Mangu Singh is an Indian engineer who served as the Managing Director of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation from December 31, 2011, to March 31, 2022. He succeeded the former managing director, Dr. E. Sreedharan. Singh is an officer in the Indian Railways Service of Engineers, having joined in the 1981 batch. His leadership saw the continued expansion and development of the Delhi Metro system, making it one of the largest metro networks in the world.
