Manorama Singh is an Indian politician affiliated with the Indian National Congress. She was elected to the Lok Sabha from the Banka constituency in Bihar in the 1980s. Following her husband, Chandrashekhar Singh, a former Chief Minister of Bihar, she undertook political responsibilities, vacating her 1984 seat when he became a minister in Delhi. After winning the 1986 bye-election against George Fernandes, she faced defeats in subsequent elections in 1989, 1991, and 1996 from the same constituency.
