Born on February 27, 1940, in Madrid, he served as a socialist deputy in the Madrid electoral district from 1983 to 1986. Throughout his career, he held various political and professional roles, including the first president of ENAIRE, president of the CajaMadrid Control Commission, organizational secretary of PSOE-M, and dean of the Official College of Aeronautical Engineers of Spain. He passed away on December 13, 2022.
