Manuel Ordovás González was a Spanish military officer who rose to the rank of Brigadier General. He initially opposed the Second Spanish Republic, participating in the formation of Falangist militias and suppressing opposition members during the Spanish Civil War. He commanded forces during the defense against Republican troops in Mallorcan territory. Notably, he competed in equestrian events in the 1952 Helsinki Olympics. He also presided over military courts against ETA members involved in political violence. His military career spanned various ranks, culminating in his promotion to Brigadier General in 1972.
