Manuel Soares Salsinha is an East Timorese politician and member of the Congresso Nacional da Reconstrução Timorense (CNRT). He was elected to the National Parliament of East Timor in 2015 as a substitute for the deceased Mateus de Jesus. Salsinha served on the Commission for the Eradication of Poverty, Rural and Regional Development, and Gender Equality (Commission E). In the 2017 elections, he was listed as a substitute candidate in 85th place on the CNRT list, resulting in his departure from the Parliament.
