Born on April 11, 1927, in Madrid, she gained fame for co-founding the Teatro Chino de Manolita Chen alongside her husband, the circus performer Chen Tse-Ping. This venue became one of Spain's most famous portable theaters. Manolita Chen's contributions to the circus and entertainment industry were significant, making her a notable figure in Spanish culture until her passing on January 8, 2017, in Seville.
