Manvel Artavazd Nazaryan, born on April 3, 1958, in Yerevan, Armenian SSR, is a former member of the National Assembly of Armenia. He studied psychology at the Yerevan State University of Economics and Law from 1992 to 1997. Before entering politics, he served in the Soviet Army and worked in various capacities, including as a master at a shoe factory and as the president of a shoe production cooperative. He was a member of the Parliament from 2003 to 2007 and is an independent politician.
