Muhammad Manzoor Nomani (December 15, 1905 - May 1997) was an Indian Deobandi Islamic scholar known for his works including 'Maariful Hadith', 'What is Islam?', and 'Khomeini and the Iranian Revolution'. He graduated from Darul Uloom Deoband in 1927, studying Hadith under Anwar Shah Kashmiri. He served as Shikhul Hadith at Nadwatul Ulama for four years and was a close associate of Abul Hasan Ali Nadvi. In 1941, he became a founding member and deputy Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami, resigning after a disagreement with Abul A'la Maududi in 1942. He later joined the Tablighi Jamaat.
