Manzur Qadir was a prominent Pakistani jurist and politician, serving as the Foreign Minister from 1958 to 1962 under Ayub Khan's military regime. He was the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court from 1962 to 1963, and played a significant role in shaping the 1962 Constitution of Pakistan, introducing a Presidential system of governance. Born on November 28, 1913, he was the son of Sir Abdul Qadir and married to Asghari, the daughter of a political leader. After his death on October 12, 1974, memorial lectures were organized in his honor.
