Marc Carbonneau (born 29 May 1933) was a prominent member of the FLQ's Liberation Cell, known for his involvement in left-wing activism. He participated in the Murray-Hill protests and was part of the group that kidnapped British Trade Commissioner James Cross during the October Crisis of 1970. After living in exile in Cuba and France, he returned to Quebec in 1981. Carbonneau faced charges related to kidnapping, eventually pleading guilty and receiving a lighter sentence than other FLQ members. He married Huguette Carbonneau in 1956 and they have four children.
