Marc Taraskoff, born Marc Fleischer on December 25, 1955, in Boulogne-Billancourt, was a French illustrator and stamp designer. He began his career as an illustrator in the late 1970s and became known for designing book covers, including the pocket edition of 'Tales of the City'. In 1996, he started creating postage stamps for France and its territories. Taraskoff also served as an art advisor for the Philatelic Commission of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, where he facilitated connections between local artists and the national printing company.
