Marcela Koblasová (Neckářová) is a former Czechoslovak athlete born on June 15, 1956, in Plzeň. She competed as a multi-event athlete and represented her country at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, finishing 11th in the five-event competition. Koblasová set a Czechoslovak record in the heptathlon with 6,105 points on June 12, 1983, in Prague. She participated in the inaugural World Athletics Championships in 1983, placing 10th. Currently, she teaches physical education at a secondary school in Rokycany and is married with two children.
