Marcello Farabegoli is an Italian curator born on March 20, 1973, in Cesena, Italy. He grew up in Bolzano-Bozen and holds a master’s degree in physics from the University of Vienna. Farabegoli has participated in various environmental and cultural organizations in Berlin and worked as a research assistant at the University of Potsdam. From 2005 to 2010, he managed a gallery for contemporary Japanese art in Berlin. Currently based in Vienna, he has worked in the Old Master Painting department at Dorotheum and is a freelance curator.
