Marco Antonio Flota Quijano was a Mexican journalist, screenwriter, and television and radio host known for his political humor. Over a career spanning more than 40 years, he worked with numerous media outlets in Mexico City and other regions. He authored political satire columns like Grillotina and Domingo 7, and wrote scripts for political critique television programs. Flota also published books on similar themes and wrote the script for the film México 2000. He passed away in 2014 due to complications from lung cancer.
