Marek Kępa is a retired Polish speedway rider born on April 10, 1959, in Polanówka. He obtained his speedway license in 1976 and competed in the Polish Team Championships from 1977 to 1996, representing several clubs. He won the silver medals in the Polish Team Championships and the Polish Team Cup. Kępa also participated in Individual Championships and secured numerous podium finishes in various competitions. After retiring, he co-ran Kępa Auto-Centrum, an automotive business in Lublin, with his wife, Elżbieta. His uncle, Stefan Kępa, was also a speedway rider.
