Marek Szubert, also known as 'Strzyga', is a Polish vocalist born on January 5, 1980, in Pyskowice. He is best recognized for his performances with the band Heretique, which he joined shortly after its formation in 2007. Prior to that, he was the vocalist and guitarist for the gothic metal band Shadowblade and briefly performed in the rock cover band Damage, Inc. Since 2010, he has been the frontman for the band Spatial, with whom he released the album 'Silence' in 2014. In 2017, he introduced bassist Marek Tuskowski to Heretique.
