Marek Szyszko, born on February 7, 1951, in Warsaw, is a Polish comic book artist and book illustrator. He began his comic career with short stories in the magazine Relax, invited by Grzegorz Rosiński. Szyszko illustrated various series including 'Pilot śmigłowca' (Helicopter Pilot), 'Legendarna historia Polski' (Legendary History of Poland), and 'Polscy podróżnicy' (Polish Travelers). After 1990, he transitioned to book illustration, returning to comics for the anthology '100 na 100,' celebrating the centenary of Poland's independence.
