Maria Ilia Arseni is a Greek politician and the founder of the Panhellenic Socialist Movement (PASOK). She served as the governor of Pieria from 1982 to 1986 and as the governor of Central Macedonia from 1987 to 1989. She was also a deputy minister and was repeatedly elected as a member of the Hellenic Parliament from 1989 to 2000, contributing to Greek politics over several decades.
