She studied at the Department of Journalism, Media and Communication and holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. Joining SVT in 1990, she worked as a reporter and producer. She became the chief for children's programming and later led SVTi. In 2019, she was appointed CEO of Dramaten, and in January 2024, she became the CEO of Skansen.
