She was a member of the folk ensemble 'Rapsodia Română' in Bucharest and collaborated with artists like Ștefania Rareș and Ana Toma. Some of her hit songs include 'Eu când am plecat de-acasă', 'Așa joacă tinerii', and 'Dorul meu nu-i călător'. She toured several countries, including Canada, France, and Germany, and was married twice, with her second marriage to Constantin Dolănescu.
