María Serrano Serrano (born November 26, 1973, in Madrid; died November 24, 2001) was a Spanish model and singer, best known as the vocalist of the eurodance and bubblegum dance group Passion Fruit. Tragically, she died in a plane crash on November 24, 2001, just two days before her 28th birthday. The airline flight crashed near Bassersdorf, Switzerland, while en route from Berlin to Zurich. Other band members, Nathaly Van Het Ende and Debby St. Maarten, were also on the flight, with Debby being the only survivor.
