Marian Janiszewski (1917-1998) was a Polish Catholic priest and long-time parish priest of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Nowy Wiśnicz. He was born to Piotr and Ludwika Kaziród, and after completing his studies, he entered the seminary. He was ordained in 1940 under clandestine conditions and served in various parishes before becoming the parish rector in 1971. He significantly renovated the historic church and was active in the spiritual care of prisoners. He received several honors, reflecting his dedication to service.
