Marie Bosson Rydell, born Ann Marie Rydell on March 15, 1970, in Varberg, Sweden, is a preschool teacher, children's book author, and writer. She grew up in Varberg, completed a degree in preschool education, and worked at an outdoor preschool. After having her own children, she started writing seriously and founded her own company, Bokmakeriet Klaton AB. She has published both children's books and educational materials, initially under her maiden name and later as Marie Bosson Rydell. Many of her works were created in collaboration with Jessica Lindholm.
