Marie-Louise Doignon, also known as Marie-Louise Aucher, was a French musician and singer born on January 18, 1908, in Paris. She married Jean Aucher in 1928, who led research laboratories at Pathé, and they had three children together. In 1960, she developed a unique approach to voice pedagogy by analyzing the connection between sound vibrations and the human body, founding a new form of psychophony, which was acknowledged by the Académie des Sciences in Paris. She passed away on October 10, 1994, in Aix-en-Provence.
