Mariia Markush is a Ukrainian politician born on January 5, 1955. She served as a member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the IV convocation from 2002 to 2006 and was the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement Activities. Markush holds a PhD in law and served as a judge on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine from August 4, 2006, to February 24, 2014, being appointed by the Verkhovna Rada.
