Marijane Louise Landis (1928–2015) was a pioneering American television broadcaster and producer, best known for her work at WGAL-TV in Pennsylvania. She created influential children's series such as Percy Platypus and His Friends and Sunshine Corners. Starting her career in 1952, Landis became a prominent on-air personality and transitioned to behind-the-scenes roles, focusing on public service announcements. She retired in 1993 after 41 years, receiving accolades for her contributions, including induction into the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 1998.
