Struggling with language throughout her school years due to dyslexia, Lund faced bullying and completed various vocational programs. She began writing after her Steiner education and published a poetry book in 2006 and another in 2008, with a unique interactive format. Lund also wrote song lyrics and contributed to magazines, participating in readings and cultural exhibitions in Vestfold.
