Marion Elizabeth Mingins (12 July 1952 – 26 June 2006) was a notable British Anglican priest and former social worker. She served as a canon residentiary of St Edmundsbury Cathedral from 1993 to 2002. In 1996, she made history by becoming the first Anglican woman to be appointed as a Chaplain to the Queen, a significant milestone in the Church of England. Her contributions to both social work and the clergy have left a lasting impact.
