Mariya Pisareva was a Russian high jumper who competed under the Soviet flag during the 1950s. She won a silver medal in the women's high jump at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne, sharing the podium with Thelma Hopkins. In addition to her Olympic success, she also claimed the title at the Soviet National Championships in 1956. After her athletic career, she married fellow athlete Oto Grigalka.
