Marje Ingel, born on February 22, 1972, is an Estonian librarian, poet, and music journalist. She graduated from Georg Otsa Tallinn Music School in pop-jazz vocals. Her first major performance was in 1996 with the progressive rock band Meggan. In 2008, she published her debut poetry collection 'Sulg', featuring poems written over 20 years. She has participated in several literary festivals and competitions and works in the music department of the Tallinn Central Library, where she also maintains a blog.
