Neeltje Gertruida (Marjon) de Hond is a Dutch weather presenter born on June 3, 1972, in Tholen. She studied technical physics and later meteorology and physical oceanography. Discovered by NOS Journaal in 1999, she became a weather presenter in 2000. After briefly stepping back for health reasons in 2009, she focused on alternative medicine before returning to television in 2015. De Hond rejoined national TV in June 2019 with Buienradar/RTL Weer.
