Mark Herbert Blumsky (born 29 August 1957) is a former New Zealand politician and diplomat. He served as the Mayor of Wellington from 1995 to 2001 and was a Member of Parliament for the National Party between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, he held the position of New Zealand's High Commissioner to Niue from 2010 to 2014, indicating a career that spans local governance as well as international diplomatic relations.
