Mark Dominik is a former professional football executive and scout, best known for his work with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1995 to 2013. He started with the Chiefs before moving to the Buccaneers as pro personnel assistant, ultimately becoming the general manager in 2009. He held that position until 2013, posting a record of 28-52. Dominik also contributed to the military community and was recognized as a finalist for the NFL's salute to service award. He has worked as an analyst for ESPN and teaches scouting at Sports Management Worldwide.
