Mark Roboliu Kemakeza, born on December 31, 1960, is a former member of the National Parliament in the Solomon Islands representing the Ngella constituency. He served as the Minister of Mines and Energy in 2010 but was dismissed in 2011 due to corruption charges involving the embezzlement of public funds. Convicted in February 2012, he received a fourteen-month prison sentence, leading to the loss of his parliamentary seat. Kemakeza is from Savo Island in Central Province and notably participated in a mass defection to the opposition in late 2011.
