Jose Antonio 'Mark' Sermonia Leviste II, born on December 25, 1977, is a Filipino politician affiliated with the PDP–Laban party. He served as Vice Governor of Batangas after being elected in 2007 and re-elected in 2010, 2013, and 2022. He was a Member of the Batangas Provincial Board from 2004 to 2007 and previously served as the SK Councilor of Brgy. Bel-Air from 1996 to 2002. In August 2020, Leviste tested positive for COVID-19 but successfully recovered from the virus.
