Mark Loughridge is an American businessman who served as IBM's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for nearly a decade, making him the longest-tenured CFO in the company's history. He joined IBM in 1977, holding various senior roles including Vice President and IBM Controller. He also managed financial planning for different segments of IBM's operations. In addition to his CFO position, he took on the role of Senior Vice President for Enterprise Transformation in 2010. He became chairman of The Vanguard Group's board in July 2024.
