Mark S. Massa is an American lawyer and associate justice of the Indiana Supreme Court since April 2, 2012. Born on March 6, 1961, in Milwaukee, he graduated with a BA in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington in 1983. Massa served as a deputy press secretary for Governor Orr, worked in the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, and was an assistant U.S. attorney. He gained recognition for an opinion upholding public access to Indiana's Lake Michigan shoreline and recently voted to implement Indiana's near total abortion ban.
