Sir George Mark Waller is a former Lord Justice of Appeal and was the Vice-President of the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales. Born on 13 October 1940, he was educated at Oundle School and earned his law degree from King's College, Durham. Called to the Bar in 1964, he became a Queen's Counsel in 1979. Over his career, he held various judicial positions, including Presiding Judge of the North Eastern Circuit and Chairman of the Judicial Studies Board, and served as Intelligence Services Commissioner after retiring from the bench.
