Mars Djemalovich Iskanderov (1927—2003) was a Soviet military scientist known for his work in the development of automated control systems and automation for the Soviet Navy. He achieved the rank of vice admiral in 1982 and obtained a Doctorate in Military Sciences in 1990. Iskanderov served as the head of the 24th Central Scientific Research Institute of the Soviet Navy from 1983 to 1991. His contributions significantly impacted naval operations during his time.
