She has held various influential positions, including vice president of the Historical-Archaeological Section of the Institut d'Estudis Catalans since June 2021. Prevosti specializes in rural settlement studies within the framework of Roman cities and has published over a hundred scientific works. Additionally, she coordinated the project Tabula Imperii Romani, creating an interactive mapping tool for the Roman Empire. She has also taught archaeology at the University of Barcelona.
