Märta Margareta Ström was a Swedish drawing teacher, painter, and illustrator born on January 14, 1918, in Säby socken, Jönköpings län. She studied at the Higher College of Arts and Crafts in Stockholm from 1937 to 1940 and traveled extensively for further studies. Ström taught freehand drawing at the Slöjdföreningens school in Gothenburg and had solo exhibitions in Tranås in 1949. Her artwork includes flower still lifes, portraits, and landscapes, with representation at Tranås hospital administration.
