Martha Jakobsen Ulvund (1945–2022) was a Norwegian professor known for her work in veterinary pathology. She graduated as a veterinarian in 1969 and attained her doctorate in 1974. She taught veterinary students, supervised advanced students and Ph.D. candidates, and coordinated research projects in Norway and the EU. Ulvund practiced as a veterinarian in Kenya for two years and published over 60 scientific articles. Additionally, she was a local politician for the Labour Party, serving on the Sandnes city council for twelve years. She was also a knight of St. Olav's Order.
