Marthe Bigelbach-Fohrmann was a Luxembourgish politician born on May 7, 1933, in Dudelange. She was a member of the Luxembourg Socialist Workers' Party (LSAP) and actively participated in politics, joining the Socialist Youth in 1948 and later becoming president of the Socialist Women in Dudelange. She was elected to the Chamber of Deputies in the 1974 elections and served on the Dudelange municipal council from 1976 to 1988. She was known for her advocacy on abortion regulation and for calling for the abolition of the death penalty.
