Martín Abizanda y Vallabriga was a prominent journalist from Aragon in the 20th century and a pioneer of film journalism in Spain. He worked from 1940 with the magazines Cámara and Semana, later directing the successful weeklies Cine Mundo and Cine Radio from 1952. As one of the first Aragonese journalists to focus on cinema, he created a radio segment titled Pantallas y Escenarios and founded Cine en 7 días in 1951, earning a prestigious award. He also wrote two film scripts, Siempre es domingo and Jandro. He passed away in Madrid.
