Karl Martin Ardbo was a Swedish naval officer and corporate leader, born on October 16, 1926, in Solna and passed away on July 15, 2004, in Oscars församling, Stockholm. He became a naval officer in 1948, reached the rank of captain in 1960, and transitioned to the reserve in 1961. Ardbo served as a marketing director at AB Bofors in 1972, became its artillery director in 1981, and was appointed CEO in 1985. After the formation of Nobel Industrier in 1984, his role changed to overseeing a subsidiary within the larger company.
