Martin Kupka, born on October 28, 1975, in Jilemnice, is a Czech politician and journalist. He has served as the Minister of Transport of the Czech Republic in the government of Petr Fiala since December 2021. Kupka has been the Deputy Chair of the Civic Democratic Party (ODS) since January 2014, and from 2016 to 2022, he was a representative in the Central Bohemian Region, holding various roles including Deputy Governor. He was the mayor of Líbeznice from 2010 to 2021 and was confirmed as a member of parliament following the 2017 elections.
